Project Management – What to Expect

The Project Manager will work with your internal team to fully document and agree on every element of the project including, but not limited to:

  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Lines of communication
  • Project plan and deliverables
  • Service level agreements
  • Key performance indicators
  • Detailed technical specification of the solution

Account Management – Next Steps

Once all elements of the implementation phase have been successfully completed, an Account Manager will assist with managing the commercial and performance aspects of the project.

The Account Manager will be available for scheduled on-site Project Review Meetings in addition to ad-hoc meetings in line with your requirements.
